Any order under a product appearing in the online store site www.atelier-inam.com requires consultation and prior acceptance of these terms and conditions. The click validating the order implies full acceptance of these terms. The click is valued as a "digital signature"
These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods offered by Abana Online Ltd. to the consumer.
The contractual information will be confirmed via e-mail to the address specified by the customer in the order form.
Proof of the transaction
The records stored in the computer systems of Abana Online Ltd. in reasonable conditions of security are considered proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
The filing of purchase orders and invoices is made on a reliable and durable systema and can be produced as evidence.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on www.atelier-inam.com. Abana Online Ltd. is, however, not responsible for the consequences, incidental, special damages arising from electronic transmission or the accuracy of information provided even if Abana Online Ltd. was aware of the possibility of such damages. The names and brands and manufacturers are used only for identification purposes. Photos, descriptions and prices of products are not contractual.
Validity of the offer and prices.
Our prices are valid for the day.
Method of Delivery
The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form and only in geographic areas we serve.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier of the slightest trace of impact (Holes, traces of crushing etc ..) on the package, and if necessary, refuse the package. An identical new product will then be returned without charge.
The exchange of any product declared a posteriori, damaged during transport, without any reservation has been issued on receipt of the package, cannot be entertained.
As in any expedition, it is possible to be delayed or that the product gets lost. In such a case, we contact the carrier to start an investigation. Every effort is made, as long as necessary, to find the package. If necessary, the merchant will be reimbursed by the carrier and deliver a new identical package.
We disclaim all responsibility for delays due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.
Delivery problems due to carrier
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken product ...) must be indicated on the delivery form of 'handwritten reserve', accompanied by the signature of client.
The consumer must send a copy of this letter to firstname.lastname@example.org. Without this, we cannot process a refund.
The consumer must communicate to Abana Online Ltd. on the day of delivery or not later than 2 business days after delivery, any error of delivery and / or non-conformity of goods in kind or in quality compared to the information on the order claim.
Any claim not made in the rules defined above and on time will not be taken into account and release Abana Online Ltd from any liability to the consumer.
In case of error of delivery or exchange any product for exchange or refund must be returned to Abana Online Ltd. as a whole and in its original packaging and in its original condition.
To be accepted, all returns must be reported to, and have the consent of Abana Online Ltd., which if agreeable shall ship the package to the correct address.
The shipping costs are the responsibility of Abana Online Ltd.
Right of Return
The right of return applies only to natural persons.
The consumer has a period of twenty-eight (28) calendar days to return, at their expense, the products which do not suit him/her. This period runs from the date of receipt of the consumer's order. All returns must be reported in advance to the customer service of Abana Online Ltd. The product must be returned to the address mentioned above.
Only products returned are in their entirety, in their original packaging complete and intact and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. This right of return is without penalty, except the cost of sending and returning. Assuming the exercise of the right of return, the consumer has the option of requesting a refund of monies paid.
Upon exercise of the right of return, Abana Online Ltd. will make every effort to refund the consumer within fourteen (14) days.
The use of trademarks in this site is strictly prohibited.
Neither party has breached its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event of force majeure. Will be considered a force majeure any compelling facts or circumstances, outside parties, unpredictable, inevitable, independent of the will of the parties and can not be prevented by them, despite all reasonable efforts.
The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten working days of the date on which it is aware.
Both parties will then, within three months, unless unable due to force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree the conditions under which the contract will be continued. If the force majeure lasts longer than a period of one month, the terms may be terminated by the aggrieved party.
Explicitly, are considered as cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond those usually retained by the jurisprudence and Mauritian courts: the blocking of means of transportation, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, lightning, stop telecommunication networks or network-specific external communications to customers problems.
No partial validation
If any provision of these terms are held to be validated or declared as such under any law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, other provisions shall remain in full force and scope.
The fact that one of the parties not to claim a breach by the other party of any of the obligations contained within these terms and conditions shall be construed in the future as a claim the obligation in question.
These general conditions are subject to the law of Mauritius. In case of dispute or claim, the consumer should first contact Abana Online Ltd. for an amicable solution.

We take our responsibilities concerning data entrusted to us extremely seriously.
In order to process your orders and provide you with the best possible service, we request you to provide us with personal information including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number, email address, postal and shipping addresses, Please refer to our Privacy and Cookie Policies for more details on how we treat your personal data.
Atelier Inam commits itself not to share your personal information with any other company for any reason whatsoever.
When you make purchases through our web-site, we process your payments through a Third-Party application. The Third-Party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of Abana Online Ltd., including your name, email address, address and other billing information.
All orders placed through www.atelier-inam.com have the agreement of the customer, without any restriction, to the terms and conditions of Abana Online Ltd.
When selling to a corporation, any disputes concerning the sale (price, Terms, products, ...) will be subject to the laws of Mauritius before the Commercial Court nearest the headquarters of Abana Online Ltd.
