How long do I have to wait for my order?
Our Limited Edition items are in stock and are delivered within 24 hours of your order. All our other products are Made To Order and these will be shipped within 7 working days. It normally takes between 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered depending on destinations. We use DHL for all our deliveries and you can follow the progress of your parcel using the Tracking Number in the email we shall send you when your order has shipped.
Can I modify my order once it's placed and paid for?
Once an order has been confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled on-line as we process orders immediately. However, you can chat, email, or call our customer service within 12 hours of placing your order and they will be happy to assist you with changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been processed.

We also do not ship to South & Central America, the Russian Federation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Crimean Region of Ukraine, Syria and Myanmar/Burma
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping is free to all destinations we serve when you buy over EU 250. Below this amount, we charge EU 20 per order.
Will I have to pay for local VAT or import duties?
Our prices include all local VAT and duties so you have not to pay any extra costs.
If I buy in Mauritius can I claim the VAT refund?
If you are delivered your sweater during your stay in Mauritius, it will be accompanied by an invoice and VAT Refund Form which will allow you to claim back the VAT of 15% when you depart at the airport.
